Do I need a bone graft before getting an implant?

Can I have a temporary tooth the same day my implant is placed?

What is the difference between fixed and removable implant-supported teeth?
Fixed implant-supported teeth remain attached to the implants and can only be removed by the dental team if needed. Removable implant-supported dentures click into place but can be taken out for cleaning.
